Spa Massage Salon Services Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our spa massage salon services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our establishment. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking and registration processes
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments and notify us of any delays
  • Maintain appropriate hygiene standards and follow pre-service preparation instructions
  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect treatment
  • Respect our staff, facilities, and other clients at all times
  • Comply with our dress code and facility rules during your visit

3. Service Limitations and Restrictions

Our massage and spa services are provided for relaxation, wellness, and therapeutic purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, under the influence of substances, or exhibits inappropriate behavior. Certain services may not be suitable for pregnant women, individuals with specific medical conditions, or those taking particular medications. We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before receiving treatments if you have any health concerns.

Important Notice: Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary based on individual circumstances and adherence to recommended treatment protocols.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in charges equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, staff availability, or facility maintenance requirements. Refunds for prepaid services are subject to our discretion and specific circumstances surrounding the cancellation request.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, treatment descriptions, proprietary massage techniques, and promotional materials, are the exclusive property of our spa establishment. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Clients may not photograph, record, or document our facilities, treatments, or proprietary methods without explicit written permission from management.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, treatment records, and personal details shared during consultations. Your privacy is paramount, and we implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, we may share information when required by law or to protect the safety of our staff and other clients. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy practices.

7. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

While we maintain high standards of safety and professionalism, participation in spa treatments involves inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of services received. We are not responsible for personal belongings, valuables, or items left unattended in our facilities. Clients assume responsibility for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications arising from treatments, especially when pre-existing conditions or contraindications were not properly disclosed.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Both parties waive the right to jury trial and class action proceedings. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws, and any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the incident or dispute occurrence. We encourage clients to address concerns directly with management before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

9. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations.
